This position is location at DLO's Central Reference Lab & Corporate Headquarters location in Oklahoma City, OK. This position requires the candidate to report in-person. At DLO, we offer competitive wages, excellent benefits, and opportunity for advancement. 

 

Essential Functions of Employment with DLO:
• Show up for work, on time & prepared each and every scheduled work day
• Perform all tasks and processes assigned to you including all tasks and processes you are fully qualified to perform and all tasks and processing that you may be over-qualified to perform
• Maintain a positive and supportive attitude throughout each and every scheduled work day & work as a collaborative team member with your fellow teammates on a daily basis

 

Main Duties:

  • Aggregate, analyze, and evaluate substantial amounts of data to support organizational decision making
  • Develop financial models and formulate recommendations regarding planning, profitability, and cash-flow, based on compiled data
  • Review and analyze operational business trends and communicate effectively to appropriate stakeholders
  • Learn multiple legacy systems to pull data and develop reports
  • Provide analysis and financial modeling for pricing requests
  • Evaluate reimbursement activity and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Review and reconcile inter-company related party transactions 
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Prepare account reconciliations 
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and other month-end close activities
  • Ad Hoc Reporting as requested

 

Responsibilities

Required Knowledge: Proven proficiency in spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications (MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI, Tableau); strong analytical skills, ability to communicate well and present information effectively, must be a self-starter and work well with others

Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Mathematics, 2+ years of related experience, health-care preferred
