Lab Assistant (Data Entry Representative III) (SP) - Jackson, TN - Monday to Friday 4:00 - 10:30pm
Individuals in this position are primarily responsible for data entry of information as it related to patient and client. The Data Entry Rep III (DER III) is responsible for data entry within the Specimen Processing Department. This position requires a data entry background. Functions performed may include but are not limited to determining and verifying client codes and additional tests and entering information into the Laboratory Information System (LIS). All functions must be performed accurately and in a timely manner. Job complexity requires solid organizational skills and the ability to transcribe/determine appropriate order codes and account numbers. This position is critical to quality for customer satisfaction.
Pay Range: $17.75+ per hour; Employee may be eligible to receive shift differential of 10% for some or all hours worked on second shift and 15% for some or all hours worked on third shift. Additional details on shift differential will be provided if an offer is extended.
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Work Experience:
2-3 years prior data entry experience in a high-speed environment, or 1-2 years as a Data Entry Rep II
Preferred Work Experience:
Previous experience in a production environment preferred
